Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1972 Adam McLoughlin has always had a keen interest in the arts. In order to advance his studies Adam obtained an Associates Degree in Science concentrating in Fine Arts and then further studied obtaining an Associates Degree in Applied Science in the field of Illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. For approximately ten years Adam worked in various aspects of the theater including set design/production and lighting design/production.

Adam began his career being commissioned to create works of art for private collectors. Additionally, Adam’s work has been shown in several exhibits in and around Queens and Brooklyn. Adam was elected and maintained a position on the Board of Directors of The Rockaway Artists Alliance, Inc. from 2005 through 2009.
